you are not able to get onto the Internet with your computer,
we cannot connect to your system. But, if you call us, we
may be able to help you get online, and then connect to
your computer. If we are not able to step you through the
reconnection process, and you are in the SanderMAX area,
we can send a technician to your office, or pick up your
computer from your home. If you are not in the SanderMAX
area, you may need to get your system repaired by a local
company before we are able to help you online.

FAQ
Q:Will you log onto my computer when I'm not around?
A: No, you have to click on the icon to allow us to access
your system.
Q: What if I accidentally click on the icon, or someone
else uses my computer and clicks on it?
A:
When you click on the SupportMAX icon, you will be asked
for a user name and password. If you don't enter the correct
information, the request will be denied.
Q:
How in the world do you get onto my computer?
A:
Using the latest technology, we are able to access your
computer as if we were sitting at your desk with you.
This technology is cutting-edge, and not widely available.
Q: So, you can see everything on my computer, right? Can
you see me, too?
A:
No, Big Brother is not watching. We can see whatever we
could see if we were physically using your keyboard and
mouse to access your computer. The only difference is,
we're doing it remotely. But, we can't see you. So, you
could be in your pajamas, drinking your morning cup of
coffee, while your computer is being fixed.
Q: There must be some hidden extra charges.
