SanderMAX ServiceMAX Computer Service "by the minute"

No Minimum charges If it takes 5 minutes to fix, you only pay for 5 minutes.

SanderMAX Systems offers blocks of service units in quantities of 10 hours. These blocks are billed out by the minute. Each block is payable in advance. Each service instance will be invoiced per minute and subtracted from the pre-purchased service block. A 10-hour block is $995 +Tax.

Units are billed based on the following activities:

Phone support
Remote administration
Consulting services and research
Travel, one way to your location
On-site service, troubleshooting, maintenance and support

Units are charged out at the following rates:

Monday thru Friday (9am-5pm) 1 minute service equals 1 minute billed
Evenings, Weekends and Holidays 1 minute service equals 2 minutes billed

Availability

Support will be accessible via pager, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with minutes billed out as above. Response Time Once paged, SanderMAX Systems will call back within 2 hours.
